The pricing and terms and conditions for GPintheCloud have been set in consultation with both CCGs and end users and reflect our attempt to provide the best possible balance of usability and price. Concurrent licensing (where only active users incur a cost) allows significant flexibility in user and cost management; free setup for most use cases removes pricing surprises and our fair use policy tries to reflect real world usage so as to best maximise use of limited public funds. Different cost models can be discussed should that shown here not meet your needs.

- Access controlled by existing NHS smartcard or Entrust virtual smartcard

- Licences can be used concurrently but any personal settings will be lost when licences move between individual users
